Makes one full quart. -4 carrots, peeled, trimmed and cut into one inch pieces-3 stalks of celery, trimmed, washed and cut into one inch pieces-1 medium onion rough chopped-4 green onions roughly chopped-1 large handful of parsley washed and lightly chopped-1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes-1 1/2 cups mushrooms-3 large garlic cloves-8 ounces (Measure by weight) of kosher salt-1 tablespoon of pepper Layer all ingredients in a large food processor.
