False Prophets

Jeremiah 14:11 – 16 And Yahweh said to me, “Do not pray for this people for their good. When they fast, I do not hear their cry. And when they offer burnt offering and grain offering, I do not accept them. Instead, I am consuming them by sword, and by scarcity of food, and by pestilence.” But I said, “Ah Master Yahweh! See, the prophets say to them, ‘You are not to see a sword, nor have scarcity of food, for I give you true peace in this place.'” Then Yahweh said to me, “The prophets prophesy falsehood in My Name. I have not sent them, nor commanded them, nor spoken to them. They are prophesying to you a false vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own heart. Therefore thus said Yahweh concerning the prophets who prophesy in My Name, whom I did not send, and who say, ‘Sword and scarcity of food shall not be in this land.’ By sword and scarcity of food those prophets shall be consumed! And the people to whom they are prophesying shall be thrown out into the streets of Jerusalem because of the scarcity of food and the sword, with no one to buy them – them nor their wives, their sons nor their daughters. For I shall pour their evil on them.”

Jeremiah 5:31 The prophets have prophesied falsely, and the priests rule by their own hand, and My people have loved it so.

Several times per week I receive a message from someone who is sending me a link to listen to one modern day prophet or another. They abound today like pennies in a fountain. It seems like each week there is a new prophet on the scene. They are all over YouTube and other channels sounding their message of hope that everything is going to be just fine with the world.

I was driving this morning with my husband and realized it is no different today than it was in Jeremiah’s time. False prophets abounded and the people drank up what they were saying, all the while Jeremiah was telling the truth of the disaster which was coming and they didn’t listen to him at all. In fact, he was ridiculed and persecuted for telling the people the truth.

Many are caught up into the lies of the devil today. The lie that everything is going to turn around and we will live in prosperity. They say that our world governments, which are satanic and corrupt, will be overturned and good people will rise up to rule. That we will have returned to us property and money which has been stolen from us by those corrupt governments. When I tell them that there is nowhere in the Bible that speaks to this message of prosperity at the end of the Biblical timeline they refer me to one or another of these prophets who say otherwise.

There is absolutely no place on the Biblical timeline where what these false prophets say is going to happen will. The satanic seedline has had a plan for thousands of years and the Bible is very clear on what that plan is and even says we will know the season of the end. It gives us many, many clues. Nowhere in that timeline does everything reverse for a time of prosperity. In fact in Matthew we read:

Matthew 24:22 And except those days be shortened, no flesh would have been saved; but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Until Yahshua Christ returns, there will be no true prosperity or a return of all that has been stolen from us.

2 Timothy 4:4 And they shall indeed turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to myths.

How many times in the New Testament is it recorded that Yahshua Christ spoke the words,

“He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Yahshua Christ is the last prophet, using the term prophet in the sense of one who accurately foretells things which shall happen in the future as it is received from Yahweh God. Paul in the book of Hebrews tells us this.

Hebrews 1:1-2 On many occasions and in many ways in the past times Yahweh had spoken to the fathers by the prophets. At the end of these days He speaks to us by a Son, whom He has appointed heir to all, through whom He also made the ages.

Yahshua Christ is our only prophet today and He speaks to us through The Revelation of Yahshua Christ. This writing contains His Words for us today.

Over the past 150 years our enemies have confused Christians so much that most don’t even read The Revelation, or study it. Even though these are some of the first words of that book:

Revelation 1:3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the worlds of this prophecy, and guard what it written in it, for the time is near.

Studying the Revelation must be done in conjunction with several other books of the Bible. Genesis 3 must be completely understood in order to understand much of the symbolism of The Revelation. Most of the prophets of the Old Testament, especially Daniel, Zechariah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel, are critical to understanding it. And of course, Matthew and John along with several others.

When John wrote “for the time is near” it was because the revealing, or Revelation, was beginning right then. The notion that the Revelation is meant for some seven-year time frame at the very end of this age is a relatively new concept dating back to the time of two Jesuit priests who made up the fairy tale of the Rapture and seven years tribulation in order to get people who had just been given the opportunity to read the Bible for themselves and who were realizing that the Catholic Church was likely the beast or at least part of the beast system to turn away from that thinking.

For the enemies of Yahweh it was an opportunity to cause Yahweh’s Battle Axe – His Chosen People – to go back down into their slumber because now they didn’t have to worry about fighting the good fight because they would be raptured out before things got too bad and they wouldn’t be here for that time of tribulation. Tribulation has been with us since John wrote the book.

The Revelation has been playing out over the past 2,000 years and its timeline matches up perfectly with history. Remember John who wrote,

Revelation 1:9 I John, your brother and partaker with you in tribulation and kingdom and patience which are in Yahshua Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the Word of Yahweh and the testimony of Yahshua Christ.

He was our brother and fellow partaker in tribulation. It began in his time. History proves Yahweh’s Word is true. Every single bit of it.

Back to the prophets of today. If Yahshua Christ is our final and only prophet then who are all of these who are coming forth that they have a “Word from the Lord”? I ask, what lord are they talking about? It is certainly not Yahweh.

If you would like to do a deep dive into The Revelation may I recommend the one at this link. It is both written and in a podcast and goes into great detail. When you finish it you will have a much greater understanding of the entire Bible as one cohesive book of the Israelites.
